Summary:

This position creates and maintains accurate government customer master records, confirms and reconciles government program eligibility, administers government contracts, and determines government customer Class of Trade (COT) assignments. The role is responsible for verifying eligibility for government mandated price discounts under the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) and Health Resource and Services Administration (HRSA) PHS/340B program.

Responsibilities :

  • Research HRSA Office of Pharmacy Affairs 340B database and other data sources, analyze information, and determine customer class of trade (COT) assignment in accordance with government regulations and methodology.

  • Create, update, and maintain government customer master records, including COT assignment and the reconciliation of FSS/340B government program eligibility information.

  • Ensure that government rules and regulations are adhered to relating to customer eligibility for mandated FSS and 340B price discounts on BMS products.

  • Perform research to ensure consistency and validity of customer information in internal systems.

  • Create and administer government contracts and pricing in the Model N revenue management system.

  • Provide analytical support for SOX inquiries and ensure adherence to SOX and audit controls.

  • Work closely with Government Contract Operations, Government Price Reporting & Compliance, and Chargeback Operations to ensure clear communication, mutual understanding of processes, and accurate classification of transactions for government pricing calculations.

  • Perform testing and support in the SAP and Model N systems as needed.

  • Analyze current operating practices and procedures with an emphasis on process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience in one of the following: business analysis, financial analysis, audit, contract administration, or master data administration.

  • Experience with analytical techniques to determine reasonableness of data, trends, and root cause of issues.

  • Strong organizational skills, effective communication skills with both internal and external partners, and the ability to work well across a matrix team are required.

  • Proven ability to work with remote business partners.

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

  • Experience with SAP and Model N, or similar systems, is preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including strong Excel skills.
