  • Drive a winning IO portfolio strategy and set the conditions for a successful market launch

  • Strengthen China IO development BOW through disciplined identification and selection of opportunities

  • Advance combinations and next generation I-O agents, and innovative delivery solutions

  • Create effective communication with relevant global teams to align, drive and update on progress of China strategy

  • Commercial assessment

  • Develop insightful assessments of market opportunities for China IO portfolio (incl. disease landscape, commercial opportunity assessment, policy and regulations, competitor tracking, financial modelling, etc.)

  • Cooperate with BI&A team to validate insights and forecasting assumptions to build solid long term forecast

  • Develop and execute solid brand and functional pan before commercial team on board (T-12M)

  • Ensure smooth transition of pre-launch readiness activities to BU

  • External intelligence

  • Initiate and ensure execution of market research to understand the market dynamics and gain stakeholders’ insight

  • Coordinate stakeholder mapping and build solid relationship with China KOLs to enhance IO portfolio development

  • Gather competitive intelligence on market and competitor developments and design pro-active plans to capture opportunities and address hurdles

  • Early access

  • Ensure that clinical development plan support value demonstration to payors

  • Cooperate with cross function team to seek opportunity of early patient access program

Skills required:

· Medical/Clinical background, Oncology background/MBA as plus

· 5 years+ pharma marketing/medical/clinical development experience

· Solid understanding of clinical development and regulatory process

· Strong analytic skills and ability to transfer insights to effective commercial portfolio strategies

· Creative thinker, willing to challenge the status quo

· Pro-active, proposing new ideas and initiatives

· Cross functional communication and project management skills
