The Director, Cell Therapy Decision Engine Business Intelligence is responsible for creating an end-to-end analytics solution to automate decisions and actions for cell therapy. This will enable the use of integrated data to optimize and automate business processes and outcomes through decision intelligence for predictive monitoring, real time analysis and decision making.

  • Create end-to-end analytics solutions (acquire, integrate, and transform various data, develop production reporting pipelines, develop front-end BI tools (e.g Tableau, Power-BI, etc.)

  • Analytics thought-leader and Subject Matter Expert for your domain and influence organization decisions through providing data-driven recommendations verbally or in writing

  • Focuses on complex and/or ambiguous problem areas in existing or new BI initiatives

  • Take the long term view of your team's solutions and how they fit into the team’s architecture

  • Take the lead on large projects that require the work of multiple persons

  • Established good working relationships with teammates and peers

  • Operational Excellence, code reviews, syntax and naming convention, metric definitions, alarms) and set standards

  • Work to resolve the root cause(s) of pervasive or persistent problems; your efforts may unblock related teams

  • Role model BMS behaviors of Accountability, Passion, Urgency, Innovation, Inclusion, and Integrity

Experience :

  • 5+ years of delivering results managing a business intelligence or analytics team, including employee development and performance management experience

  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools

  • Experience with R, Python, Weka, SAS, Matlab or other statistical/machine learning software

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, economics, math, finance, or similar fields

  • 10+ years of technical management in Data, Analytics and Business Intelligence

  • 5+ years of experience in building and operating large-scale technology systems

  • 4+ years of working with very large data warehousing environment experience

  • 10+ years of data warehouse technical architectures, data modeling, infrastructure components, ETL/ ELT and reporting/analytic tools and environments, data structures and hands-on SQL coding experienceThe starting compensation for this job is a range from $182,000 - $229,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and the geographic location where work is performed.
