Provide operational management to the centralized tools for software development, testing, requirements management, and application monitoring.
Provide oversight of the outsourced vendor in support of the centralized tools.
Provide knowledge and technical understanding of automated testing practices.
Track the progress of testing team projects, and drive best practices across all testing and tool projects and activities.
Performing Impact analysis across tools, such as ServiceNow modules and HP-ALM, as required.
Define technical solutions and provide technical expertise for testing tools: SOAP UI, HP-ALM, ConformIQ, Worksoft, NeoLoad, and others
Ensures testing tool availability for all IT project testing.
Enable Splunk monitoring for applications, as required.
Apply software development methodologies to software development projects.
Design architectures for tool implementations and works closely with other developers and analysts.
Lead the Functional Advisory Teams for each tool.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Support Automated Application Services usage and best practices
Partner and ensure alignment with other Digital Design and Development teams and initiatives - Agile, DevOps, RP
BS degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.)
Ability to identify and address technical issues/problems that may be encountered during a project
Propose technical solutions to issues and escalate issues appropriately
Ability to lead technical discussion
Knowledge of release management, development practices, problem resolution, and user interface design
Knowledge of ITIL framework
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledge
Ability to work independently and participate in project teams
Experience working with onshore and offshore service providers
Excellent customer interaction and communication skills, including interaction with non-technical audiences
ServiceNow experience preferred
HP-ALM, ConformIQ, and Worksoft experience a plus
HTML5, CSS, XML, SOAP, REST knowledge a plus
