職務内容 (Roles & responsibilities)

  • BMS社員への施術対応(マッサージ)の実施。愛知工場内のマッサージ室で施術。

  • マッサージ実施に関わる付帯業務として、電話及びメールによる受付、予約管理、マッサージ専用部屋や待合室の簡単な清掃、施術後の社員からのアンケート等をつうじた評価取得などの実行

  • レポートラインへのマッサージ業務の定期報告、社員評価をつうじた業務改善への継続的取り組み

  • EHS関連業務の中での必要に応じたサポート(安全衛生委員会等への参加、社内イベント準備、等)

  • 就業時間として、以下を見込む

週5日/週30時間 午前10時から午後17時まで(昼休憩時間1時間込) 施術時間40分+入替及び消毒20分、合計60分(1日6名程度を想定)。

  • 勤務日数や勤務時間に関しては、障害の区分・程度により調整可能

必要な資格/知識/スキル (Required knowledge/skills)

  • 「あん摩マッサージ指圧師」等のマッサージ施術に有用な国家資格を有していること

  • 対人コミュニケーションを通して、社員の要望に応えたマッサージができること

  • 電話及びメールによる受付、予約管理ができること

  • マッサージ専用部屋、待合室の簡単な清掃(アルコール消毒)ができること

  • 愛知工場まで通勤ができること(通勤手段については要相談)

  • 上長にマッサージ業務の定期報告ができ、問題意識をもって業務改善にも積極的に取り組めること

  • これまでに企業など社内常駐型のマッサージ業務に3年以上従事された経験があると望ましい

  • 愛知工場まで通勤可能な方

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
