Responsible for managing field force information and customer alignments in internal systems.
Support standard alignment clean-up activities for all brands and ensure that cross-functional structures and launch initiatives are implemented accurately in a timely manner.
Assist the Targeting and Alignments team in the design, development and deployment of field size, structure and alignments. Manage territory assignment and placement for the field force.
Make recommendations and lead initiatives surrounding system modifications to meet evolving business strategies that directly relate to and impact targeting and alignments.
Partner with internal business constituents to ensure timely and appropriate response to business issues.
Responsible for implementing and managing a new alignment system, AlignOne/Nexus. Partner with alignment system vendor to ensure implementation is successful.
Work with outsourcing partners and alignment vendors to ensure realignments, enhancements, and upgrades can be accomplished to ensure business strategies are met.
Ensure all business processes related to alignment functionality are operational for implementation. Assist in the resolution of field based targeting and alignment issues.
Manage team resources for support and streamlining of daily Operations activities as well as for testing activities (including UAT and end to end integration testing activities across AlignOne, NEXUS and downstream systems).
Bachelor’s Degree required, IT, User Acceptance Testing experience a plus
3+ years of relevant pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience,sales force alignment experience a plus
Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint, Access a plus, with the ability to quickly and thoroughly learn new custom software applications.
The successful candidate must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. A B.A., B.S., or proven experience in a quantitative field is required.
Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical data and data sources.
Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of management and must be able to effectively develop relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Excel, Access and Powerpoint with the ability to quickly and thoroughly learn new custom software applications.
Possess strong project management, written, verbal and presentation skills.
The candidate must have solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
