Diverse role with Admin, Coordination and Recruitment duties
Located in the Melbourne office, BMS is seeking an APAC Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our BMS Japan organisation across the full-lifecycle of TA activities positions including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, extending offers and pre-boarding successful candidates. The APAC Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a member of a service delivery team expected to deliver dynamic Hiring Manager and Candidate experiences.

Support end to end recruiting activities for BMS Japan
Communicate proactively with TA leaders, hiring managers and candidates as necessary to ensure efficient interview process
Schedule phone, video and in-person interviews for candidates, Talent Acquisition Leads and Hiring Managers
Provide interview guides and materials, schedule pre-interview briefing sessions and candidate review meetings
Arrange travel, transportation and accommodations
Generate and deliver accurate offers/employment agreements, route for approval and deliver to candidate
Complete the hire activity in Workday (HRIS)
Assist with the administration, optimization and integrity of the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Issue candidate surveys to successful candidates
Process new hire information within Workday and any other associated systems
Identify opportunities for improving both hiring manager and candidate experience and scheduling efficiency; make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence
Where demand exists, play an active role for the recruitment of low-mid level vacancies across the BMS Japan, execute full life-cycle recruiting processes including sourcing, engagement, screening, presenting candidates, generating & negotiating offers.
Essential Experiences, Skills & Qualifications:
1+ years of relevant recruitment / TA experience, with experience in a Pharmaceutical/Biotech environment preferred
Fluency in Japanese and English essential
Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition functions strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to effectively partner and collaborate to deliver dynamic candidate and hiring manager experiences
Demonstrated ability to develop meaningful and long-term internal and external relationships
Demonstrated knowledge of candidate attraction and relationship building
Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
Basic analytical skills with the ability to assess and present key data
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Recruitment Process Management systems preferred, prior knowledge of Workday desirable
Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook
