Résumé du poste

La personne retenue travaillera en partenariat avec la direction de la marque et des ventes afin de créer la vision et la stratégie permettant de produire des rapports et d'effectuer une analyse sur le terrain, conformément aux priorités de la direction et aux exigences des intervenants de l'entreprise.

Pour faciliter ce partenariat, la personne sera responsable des principaux produits livrables suivants :

  • Permettre une exécution et une livraison sans faille de toutes les opérations d'analyse sur le terrain (production de rapports sur le terrain, etc.) et cerner les possibilités d'analyse approfondie en fonction d'évaluations continues des tendances

  • Élaborer des indicateurs/IRC standard pour toutes les marques, et collaborer avec la direction des ventes et du marketing pour améliorer la valeur de l'information contenue dans les rapports de performance commerciale et d'exécution

  • Collaborer de manière proactive avec les équipes Marketing de la marque, Ventes, Perspectives et analyses commerciales et d'autres équipes matricielles internes/externes pour apporter des solutions intégrées aux questions et problèmes émergents

  • Faciliter l'élaboration, l'exécution et l'évaluation sans heurts des demandes ponctuelles. Gérer les demandes ponctuelles pour veiller à ce que toutes les questions et enquêtes fassent l'objet de recherches et que des réponses appropriées soient fournies aux intervenants compétents

  • Soutenir la prise de décisions fondées sur les faits pour les questions clés du marché pour les marques de BMS au sein des unités commerciales de Médicaments novateurs

  • Mettre en œuvre l'adoption des pratiques exemplaires dans les domaines de responsabilité mentionnés, en appliquant les niveaux appropriés de capacité technique et d'expertise en la matière pour répondre aux questions commerciales

  • Effectuer l'AQ/le CQ pour tous les rapports sur le rendement des produits livrables, fournir des commentaires sur les tendances et les mesures clés et assumer la responsabilité de la diffusion aux intervenants commerciaux appropriés

  • Gérer de manière proactive le flux des demandes d'analyse planifiées et ponctuelles, en veillant à la qualité et à la rapidité de la livraison aux intervenants commerciaux

  • Centraliser, simplifier et livrer tous les rapports de ventes et de marketing de façon impeccable et en temps opportun

Responsabilités principales

  • Collaborer avec la direction des ventes au sein du marché et les responsables des ventes/opérations afin de fournir un large éventail d'analyses pour appuyer les décisions commerciales stratégiques et tactiques

  • Participer à la conception stratégique et faciliter l'exécution technique des orientations du territoire et la segmentation/le ciblage de la clientèle

  • Gérer et exécuter l'évaluation, l'amélioration et l'élaboration d'outils et de capacités de production de rapports en libre-service

  • Tirer parti des normes de prestation d'analyses pour soutenir les processus de planification et de prise de décisions, et utiliser les processus de transmission des analyses à un niveau supérieur

  • Fournir des commentaires pour améliorer les capacités liées aux produits livrables d'analyse, y compris l'évaluation des outils et de la plateforme pour diffuser l'information sur le terrain

  • Appuyer la culture d'analyse et de prise de décisions fondées sur les faits grâce à l'utilisation de méthodes et d'approches normalisées

  • Collaborer efficacement avec un large éventail d'homologues d'autres unités fonctionnelles (y compris les responsables des stratégies et des opérations, la direction de la marque et les opérations des ventes) pour atteindre les objectifs organisationnels

  • Élaborer des approches interfonctionnelles, transparentes et collaboratives en matière de résolution de problèmes et d'analyse transversale globale de la clientèle

  • Gérer la hiérarchisation de la charge de travail du soutien aux consultants sur place/à l'étranger et tirer parti des autres équipes au sein de Perspectives et analyses commerciales et au sein de BMS pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux

Qualifications

  • Actuellement en train de poursuivre une maîtrise en analyse de données

  • Excellente maitrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit

  • Capacité à exploiter de grands ensembles de données multidimensionnelles pour prendre des décisions d'affaires

  • Obligatoire : Connaissance pratique de Microsoft Excel et de PowerPoint

  • Fortement recommandé : Maîtrise et connaissance des outils d'analyse et de données comme SAS, Tableau, SQL, MicroStrategy, PowerQuery, etc.

Position Summary

The successful candidate will partner with Brand and Sales leadership to create the vision and strategy for field reporting and analytics in alignment with leadership priorities and business stakeholder requirements.

To facilitate this partnership, the candidate will be responsible for the following core deliverables:

  • Enable flawless execution and delivery of all field analytics related operations (field reporting, etc.) and identify opportunities for in-depth analytics based on ongoing trend assessments

  • Develop standard cross-brand metrics/KPIs, and work with Sales and Marketing leadership to enhance value of information in business performance and execution reports

  • Partner proactively with Brand Marketing, Sales, BI&A teams, and other internal/external matrix teams to deliver integrated solutions to emerging issues and questions

  • Enable seamless development, execution, and evaluation of ad-hoc requests. Manages ad-hoc requests to ensure all questions and investigations are researched and responded to appropriately to the relevant stakeholders

  • Supports the application of fact-based decision making for key market questions for BMS brands within the Innovative Medicines business units

  • Implements best practice adoption within stated areas of responsibility, applying appropriate levels of technical capability and subject matter expertise to address business questions

  • Perform QA/QC for all performance reporting deliverables, provides commentary on trends and key metrics and is responsible for dissemination to appropriate business stakeholder

  • Proactively manages flow of planned and ad hoc analytics requests, ensuring consistent quality and timeliness in delivery to business stakeholders

  • Centralize, streamline, and deliver all sales and marketing reports in a flawless and timely manner

Key Responsibilities

  • Partners with in-market Sales leadership, Sales/operations leads, to deliver wide array of analytics to support strategic and tactical commercial decisions

  • Participates in the strategic design and facilitate the technical execution of territory alignments and customer segmentation/targeting

  • Manages and executes the evaluation, improvement, and development of self-service reporting tools/capabilities

  • Leverages standards for the provision of analytics to support planning and decision-making processes, and utilizes analytics escalation processes

  • Provides input/feedback to improve and enhance capabilities related to analytics deliverables including evaluation of tools and platform to disseminate information to the field

  • Supports culture of analytics and fact-based decision making through the utilization of standard methodologies and approaches

  • Effectively collaborates with a broad set of cross functional counterparts (including Strategy & Operations Leads, Brand Leadership, and Sales Operations) to achieve organizational objectives

  • Develops seamless, collaborative, cross-functional approaches to problem solving and holistic cross-customer analysis

  • Manages workload prioritization of on-site/offshore consultant support and leverages other teams within Business Insights & Analytics (BI&A) and across BMS to successfully achieve business objectives

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Master's degree in data analytics

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French

  • Ability to leverage large, multi-dimensional data sets to drive business decisions

  • Required: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Strongly Recommended: Proficiency and familiarity with analytics/data tools such as, SAS, Tableau, SQL, MicroStrategy, PowerQuery, etc.
