Resumo da vaga

O Consultor será responsável pela promoção, coordenação e controle das operações de vendas dos produtos dentro da política comercial estabelecida para a Unidade de Negócios.

A posição está em total conformidade com leis, regulamentações, políticas e procedimentos BMS, incluindo regras do negócio, bem como as normas de Conduta e Ética BMS.

Objetivos iniciais incluem, mas não limitado a:

Assegurar o atingimento dos objetivos de geração de demanda através da promoção médica, realizando visitas periódicas a médicos em clínicas e hospitais;

Apresentação do portfólio de marketing com resultados de pesquisas recentes, atualização de dados clínicos do produto e entrega de materiais com informações relevantes definidas no plano de Marketing;

Relacionamento com áreas não médicas (farmácia, compras, etc.) para acompanhamento do pedido médico;

Participar periodicamente dos treinamentos oferecidos pela BMS, convenções e reuniões gerenciais pertinentes à área de atuação ou produto representado;

Coordenar e acompanhar eventos e ações de Marketing em sua área de atuação regional com clientes e médicos;

Respeitar as regras de Compliance estabelecidas pela BMS para relacionamento com médicos e demais stakeholders.

Habilidades, Competências e Conhecimentos

  • Conhecimento do mercado farmacêutico.

  • Experiência prévia em Oncologia;

  • Habilidade em fazer relacionamento com decisores e influenciadores;

-- Orientação para resultados;

  • Planejamento estratégico e execução;

  • Capacidade analítica e de organização;

  • Boa comunicação oral e escrita;

  • Bons conhecimentos de informática (Pacote Office);

  • Forte espírito de equipe e inovação.

Formação: Superior completo

Idiomas: Inglês intermediário

Disponibilidade para viagens: 50 % do tempo
